Email Campaign Request Form

Please fill out this form completely to request an email list or text/graphic email for delivery to prospective students. This process requires multiple steps to set up so please note the turn-around times: one week for text emails or report lists and 3 weeks for graphic postcard emails or communication plan emails.
All fields are required except those listed with (optional).

Note: Requests to email current students should be sent to usfconnect@usfca.edu, for delivery via USFconnect. Requests to email alumni should be sent to Annette Anton.

Communication Plan Email (requires 3 week lead time, indicate in Comments field the desired timeline e.g. two weeks from Prospect entered into EMT)
